1 room is available in shared 4 bedroom house available now. Parking in the carport for an additional $150 a month. A little bit about us: - W (she/her) is a bubbly reality show lover. She's a travel nurse who works outside of the house 7am-7pm M-F - P(she/her) is a gymbuff who loves talking about habits and nutrition. By day a work from home product manager for a startup - J (she/her) travels a lot and is only at the house on ~1 day a week (so really only 3 people most of the time), also works at a startup Everyone is busy and does their own thing, but occasionally we'll get together for a hike. We believe in keeping our shared space clean, and are respectful of each other's space. We have a weekly rotating chore chart, and we expect everyone to do their chores on time. Your room: - room is furnished with tons of natural light in the morning and has a walk-in closet - there's a double bed, Nectar mattress, desk, chair, and linens provided if you like - we have stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry which is all free to use - AT&T Fiber internet Location: - the #29 bus is around the corner and takes you straight to SFSU in ~20 mins - a block from McLaren Park which has lot of little nature trails - super close to highways 280 & 101, or Glen Park & Balboa Park BART - ton of street parking! - Safeway and Whole Foods are walkable from here Let us know if you're interested, provide a link to social media or LinkedIn and we'll be in touch!
